EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept exchanges. Customers are responsible for confirming all order details, including item size, design, quantity, and shipping address before placing an order. As a result, we cannot process exchanges due to incorrect selections.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order may have already been processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
A 10% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer refunds for orders that meet the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged or shattered.
- The design, size, or material does not match the order.
- The item received is not what was ordered.
- The product differs significantly from the description.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The returned item(s) must not:
- Be worn, washed, or modified in any way.
- Have missing original tags or packaging.
- Have minor defects such as loose threads (unless it affects the product’s function).
- All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
REQUIRED PROOF FOR REFUND CLAIMS
To claim a refund, you must provide:
- A shipping label/receipt.
- Proof of purchase.
- Evidence of the defect, such as clear photos.
- Screenshots of previous email correspondence with us.
RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

- Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- Ship the return package using a traceable carrier.
- Email us the return tracking number or a photo of the return receipt.
- Once received, we will process the refund within 2 business days.
⛔ DO NOT return the package without prior approval via email, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
⛔ If we do not receive the returned package, no refund will be issued. Please ensure you provide the tracking number.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. These costs will not be reimbursed.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive your return.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may take 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.

Our return & refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, the order is considered accepted, and refunds will not be issued.
If the returned package is lost or damaged during return shipping, we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued.
