1. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 2 to 12 hours before it enters the production phase. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible. If there is an issue, please contact us to check for possible replacements.

2. How long does shipping take?

Please note that holidays, weather conditions, and customs processing may affect delivery times.

3. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, broken, incorrect, or differs from the description.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must cover the return shipping costs.

4. Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?

Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. However, delivery times may take longer depending on the location.

5. Will I be charged customs duties or VAT for international orders?

For international shipments, we operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning we do not collect VAT, duties, or other customs fees. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country’s customs office.
